With Halloween quickly approaching and the spirits stirring, the Virginia Lottery has unveiled a new Ghostbusters scratch-off game.
There’s even a Ghostbusters online option for VA Lottery players who want to bust some ghosts via an instant game.
Officials on Monday announced their official October new-game lineup, including the new Ghostbusters options. The games include images and branding from the iconic 1984 Halloween comedy film.
The Virginia Lottery’s Ghostbusters games come with prizes of up to $100,000.

About VA Lottery’s Ghostbusters scratch-off game
The VA Lottery offers a revolving door when it comes to scratch-off tickets and instant-win games. Some stick around, some go by the wayside, and others pop up on special occasions.
And for October and Halloween, that marks the arrival of Ghostbusters.
Tickets are $2 for the scratcher, which is officially licensed with Columbia Pictures.

Ghostbusters Cash Drop instant game
To celebrate this All-Hallows Eve, the Virginia Lottery is also offering the Ghostbusters Cash Drop instant game.
The game, which can be played at valottery.com, can be played for 20 cents to $20 per spin. Players are given a 5×3 grid of symbols, and you try to get a cluster of three or more matching symbols. There are also multipliers, free play symbols, a bonus game, and other game aspects.
Perhaps the best way to understand the game is to play it in demo mode, which is free.
Your odds of winning a specific prize in Ghostbusters Cash Drop depend on the level at which you’re playing. The top prize on the max play of $20 is $100,000. However, you can play at each of these levels: $.20, $.50, $1, $2.00, $3, $5, $10, or $20.
