Fennica Gaming, a gaming innovator doubling as a subsidiary of the Finnish National Lottery, is teaming up with the Virginia Lottery to bring a group of its eInstants games to the Lottery’s app.
According to a Monday press release from Fennica, “These entertaining mobile-first created games are the most advanced eInstants in the world, offering the players a responsible way to [experience] the excitement of gaming. … Virginia Lottery offers its players the games on the NeoPollard Interactive platform through the US aggregator EQL Games.”
The three games available on the Virginia Lottery app are Miner Jack’s Combo Caverns, Wobblyblobs, and Boulder Blast.
Virginia Lottery hopes eInstants draw new players
Scott Kenyon, deputy executive director of marketing for the Virginia Lottery, said via the press release,
“As we wrap up four years of having iLottery, it is important for the Virginia Lottery to offer new types of eInstant games to our players to continue growing our player base. The unique games provided by Fennica Gaming offer us the opportunity to attract new players that are looking for casual gameplay and additional value in their experience.”

A look at the three new einstant games
Per the Virginia Lottery site, Boulder Blast has 1 in 2.57 odds of winning per game, with $1-$30 tickets available and a top prize of $300,000.
Its Wobblyblobs puzzle game has the same tickets and grand prize but 1 in 2.3 odds per game.
Those ticket prices and grand prize also apply to Miner Jack’s Combo Caverns, but the match-three puzzle game has slightly longer winning odds at 1 in 2.9 per game.
Gaming Interactive touted the games as “three of Fennica Gaming’s most popular titles.”
